ホー・チンさんから「またSingaporeに遊びにおいでよ、研究施設や一流研究者を紹介するよ」といわれ翌年訪問した。
StarHubのIP研究や、Bluetooth1.0の試作ボードなどを、米留学帰国華僑が、想像も付かない贅沢な研究環境と資金で研究しててアリゾナリゾートみたいに感じた。彼女はこの年、ETCの世界初実用化に成功してた。
その23年後、彼女は声のでかい、ぎらぎらにゴルフ焼けした男に100億投資してた。
